Westbrook Sparrow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Colorado Springs working with agencies and riders, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
