Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
