Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Northwind Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Tampa. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
