Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Cedar Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Baltimore supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
