Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Harborlight Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Baltimore, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 694 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
