Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Keystone Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
