Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Foxglove Field Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Anchorage and nearby communities, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
