Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
