Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Greenridge Loom Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
