Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Summit Lakeside Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
