Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Omaha region, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
