Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Raleigh serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
