Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wren Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
