Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Miami with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
