Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Summit West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Denver area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
