Harborlight Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Orlando focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
