Nova West Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Dallas with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
