Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Nova River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Toledo area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
