Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Lantern Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
