Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Redstone Keystone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Hartford area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
