Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Stonegate Glen Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
