Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Union Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
