Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Redstone Pike Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Knoxville plant, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about print quotes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
