Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Fernwood Health is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
