Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jacksonville region, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
