Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Spokane working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
