Harborlight Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Detroit, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
