Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Highbridge Wilder Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Antonio supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
