Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Little Rock, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
