Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Dallas working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
