Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Highbridge Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Denver design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
