Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Nova Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
