Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 209 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
