Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Summit Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
