Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
