Content Writer - newsletters (remote)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Spokane. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 543 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
