Silverline Cobalt Housing is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about rent assistance. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
