Fernwood Yarrow Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
