Content Writer - newsletters (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wren Telecom Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
