Content Writer - newsletters (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Union Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
