Content Writer - newsletters (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
