Content Writer - newsletters (Providence, RI)

Bright Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Providence presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 432 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
