Content Writer - newsletters (Providence, RI)

Rivermark North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Providence, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
