Content Writer - newsletters (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Field Community Partners runs community programmes across Phoenix. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
