Content Writer - newsletters (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Phoenix with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
