Content Writer - newsletters (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
