Highbridge Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Philadelphia with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits.
