Content Writer - newsletters (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Bridge Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Orlando with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
