Content Writer - newsletters (Omaha, NE)

Bright Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Omaha design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
