Content Writer - newsletters (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
